ABOUT US
About Beth Beth Ashcraft believes that true wellness is an ongoing journey of connection and self-care. With a background that spans nearly 20 years in management and leadership, and over 10 years as a licensed massage therapist, Beth brings a unique perspective to her practice—one rooted in creativity, teamwork, and a commitment to progress. Her transition from the corporate world to manual therapy was driven by a desire to foster healing through a more personal, hands-on approach. As a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, Beth specializes in the intricate world of connective tissues. Her approach is deeply informed by the understanding that the body’s fascia system holds the key to both physical ease and emotional resilience. When she isn’t in the treatment room, Beth is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of therapists as an educator. She leads courses on Fascia Therapy, Ethics & Communication, Trauma-Informed Care, Emotional Response, and Professional Development & Business, emphasizing the importance of the "Window of Tolerance" in therapeutic relationships. Outside of the classroom and studio, she finds her own balance through yoga, ice skating, and cherished time with family, friends and her beloved cats. The Experience: Custom Blend Sessions Every body tells a story, and every session is tailored to listen. Your treatment is a collaborative process designed to meet your specific needs in the moment. By blending Fascia Therapy techniques, Passive Movement, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Swedish Massage Beth works to address tension and restrictions at their source. What to Expect: A Sanctuary of Quiet: All sessions are designed to be relaxing and meditative, providing you with the space to disconnect from the outside world. Your Comfort, Your Choice: You are encouraged to undress to your personal level of comfort. Many clients choose to wear loose-fitting, flexible clothing during their session, while others prefer to undress and be professionally draped. A Holistic Path: Techniques like relaxing heat therapy, Foot Reflexology, Energy Balancing, and Aromatherapy may be integrated to ensure you leave feeling grounded, renewed, and empowered to carry that vitality into your daily life. The Inspiration: RoseKay The heart of this practice is named in honor of a legacy of healing, resilience, and entrepreneurship. Beth’s path was paved by her mother, Maggi, whose creative and intuitive approach to massage therapy demonstrated the profound impact of a compassionate touch. Watching her mother provide comfort and relief to her sisters, Rose and MaryKay, during their long-term health challenges left a lasting impression. Their strength and bravery serve as a constant reminder of why this work matters. RoseKay is a tribute to these women and a family legacy of successful entrepreneurs—a commitment to supporting others on their path to wellness with the same spirit of hope, professionalism, and resilience they embodied. ✨I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a more balanced and vibrant life.
